Rehearsing for Episode #2

The girls are hard at work on Episode #2. We've filmed a bunch of segments, some which will appear and some which will not. We're away "camping" this weekend with friends and filming a new segment called "Zoo Pass."

The new episode, due to appear Monday, will also have a fun musical surprise from a man that would be well prepared to go trout fishing if he were camping with us. Any guesses?

Cooking Fun Recipe - Rice Krispie Treats

From Kelloggs:

* tablespoons butter or margarine
* 1 package (10 oz., about 40) regular marshmallows
* - OR -
* 4 cups miniature marshmallows
* 6 cups Rice Krispies®

1. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.

2. Add KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal. Stir until well coated.

3. Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool. Cut into 2-inch squares. Best if served the same day.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Follow steps 2 and 3 above. Microwave cooking times may vary.

The girls love to make movies, so we are creating a new videocast. We'll see how well we can keep it up, but stay tuned for the first episode coming up soon. We've been filming like mad.

I think we'll start with shorter than ten minute episodes. Any longer than that and I think we'll lose our (imaginary) audiences. The first episode is under seven minutes long, and it seems quite long enough.....
